Fall School Reopening - Parent Meeting Thursday, April 8th, 2021

Please join us to share your views!

Fall School Reopening Roundtable and Parents' Night Out

At tomorrow's Parents' Night Out we will discuss Lessons Learned from Remote Learning in support of the TBLS preparation for full reopening in September. The school's administration is holding a series of roundtables and needs input from families.

Topics will include:

Which new systems and changes rolled out during the pandemic

have worked well during remote learning?

What systems and practices that worked well during remote learning should we consider implementing as we return to in-person school? What would need to change to implement those things? Are there tradeoffs?

What do we value about our school that has been difficult to implement online?

We also will discuss the possibility that the DOE may not fully reopen schools and what action parents and guardians can do to make their voices heard.

Class I parents and guardians, we value your views and experience, so please join us even though your student won't be returning in the fall!

We will discuss additional fall reopening roundtable topics at our May 6 and June 3 Parents' Nights Out. Mark your calendar!
